Notice: During the weekend of December 5th-7th, Spotfire Support will be transitioning our current support system to utilize the TIBCO Support Web system. The new Support Web will allow customers to create, track, and update your problem tickets (referred to as Service Requests or SRs), Enhancement Requests, Knowledgebase, Late Breaking News items and more. Customers with accounts on the TIBCO Support Web may login and submit Support requests today. Existing Spotfire Support login credentials will not function on the TIBCO Support Web.
