DecisionSite Improves the Understanding of Therapeutic Targets
DecisionSite provides interactive analysis of gene expression data, protein expression data, biomarker data, and additional data derived from supporting technologies. Visualization and analysis incorporates industry standard statistics and additional information - from gene ontology classifications to biochemical pathways. Associating experimental data with known information provides key insights into the mechanisms of a particular therapeutic target. The interactive nature of the DecisionSite environment allows scientists to pose multiple questions to verify a hypothesis and to quickly and effectively generate new hypotheses and insights."Spotfire DecisionSite enabled bioinformaticists and computer scientists to collaborate at two sites 3,000 miles away and three hours apart and to deploy guided workflows in about two weeks.
